Ground floor: has a fully equipped kitchen with direct access from the garden with BBQ area and outside veranda. A large dining room can easily accomodate 16 people around the same table with direct access from the garden. At the first floor: living room with 3 comfty sofas, library, large fireplace and tv screen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The white bedroom with a queen size bed and the green bedroom with twin beds. An ancient stairs in typical umbrian terracotta leads to the second floor: family suite with 2 queen size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the master suite with fireplace, private tv and ensuite bathroom.

has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: the main bedroom and the loft bedroom open directly into the living room with small kitchen, sofa in front of the large fireplace and tv set.
The tower bedroom: with ensuite bathroom has private access from the little ‘loggia’, it is quite private and charming, suited to guests that can sleep without direct communication with the rest of the apartment.
The swimming pool area with a covered area is equipped with outdoor kitchenette and table for 16 guests. Outdoor shower with warm & cold water. Several covered outdoor areas for dining and relaxing outdoors. It has been recently installed a inflatable hot tub that can also be used out of the peak months, when the pool could be too cold.

The Garden: one and a half hectare with an olive orchard of 3,500 square meters. Outdoor wood oven and barbeque is ideal spot to cook and eat leisurely alfresco dinners next to a magnificent fig tree.
Guests will have the exclusive use of the property, park, and pool during their stay.
The property includes a Romanesque church located just out of the garden, with ancient crypt; the church can be occasionally used for celebrations.
NOTES: The property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

La dependance ha 2 camere doppie che possono accomodare 5 persone. La suggestiva torretta è composta da una camera doppia, che può essere aggiunta ad una delle due unità immobiliari. L’affitto sia che si occupi tutta la proprietà, sia che se ne occupi solo una parte è da considerarsi esclusivo. Non ci saranno altri ospiti nella proprietà. Un grande cucina accessoriata con moderne comodità accontenta anche chef esigenti. Una corte a cielo aperto dà la possibilità di organizzare eventi familiari in assoluta privacy e in una atmosfera affascinante. Non meno suggestivo è il salone con il grande camino in pietra. Traveling from North: Motorway A1, take the exit Valdichiana-Sinalunga. From here, take the E45 direction Perugia. At Perugia take the direction Terni-Roma and exit at Ripabianca -Collazzone. The Monastery is on the left 6 km after the village of Collepepe. Traveling from South: Motorway A1 , take the exit Orte. After reaching the city of Terni continue towards Perugia on the Highway E45 until the exit Pantalla-Collazzone. Follow the signs for Collazzone. After 6 km you find the village of CollazzoneThe road passes The Monastery is located before the village of Collazzone. 1 km passed Collazzone you find the Monastery on your right hand site..
