How much it costs to rent the Monastery of San Lorenzo?

Can Monastery of San Lorenzo be rented also for other events than weddings?
Yes, the Monastery is particularly suited for concerts, conventions or family reunions and any other kind of private parties or celebrations.
Can I celebrate my wedding in the Church of the Monastery?
Yes.
What is the maximum capacity?
140 people inside. However the garden can host up to 500 people.
What are the areas for entertaining?
A courtyard surrounded by the ancient walls of the Monastery connects 2 rooms via a hallway. The total area is over 300 sq. meters. Outside there is a garden that covers one and a half hectar. In the garden there are several areas that can be used for different aspects of your custom event: the olive orchard of about 3,500 square meters could have a table set for lunch or dinner. The swimming pool area, complete with outdoor oven, is a perfect spot to host cocktails or after dinner drinks.

We have several caterers to recommend.
We do not have dj or musicians. Can you recommend somebody?
We have a list of professionals to recommend from which you can select the type of service you need: private chef, musicians, dj, hairdressers, flower decorators.
May I just rent the monastery and supply my own caterer?
Yes.
May I bring my own wedding cake?
Yes.
Can I have fireworks at my wedding?
Yes, however plans must be approved so that they are safe and won’t endanger the property or guests.
